Standing at 60" tall and having a 8x6 crossbeam this massive bed is impressive. For those of you familiar with timber frame design, our hammer-beam style footboard demonstrates ornate strength. All corners are rounded off and the tenons on the crossmembers extend through the posts.
We make King, Queen & Full size timber framed beds. We offer a number of finish options, aimed at both wood preservation and beauty, as well as low maintenance nd ease of cleaning.
Each Goliath Bed takes a week to produce. We do not use any nails or glue in the joinery. We use walnut pegs for contrast. Each bed is hand finished with a oil and wax finish. Our beds are not mass-produced and we do not warehouse our products, so please allow approx. 3 weeks for delivery.
